Guido BELLATTI CECCOLI (Florence, 1963) is a diplomat of the Republic of San Marino since 1989. He is currently Ambassador to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg and non-resident Ambassador to Tunisia. He has been Ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, Chair of the Committee of Ministers’ Deputies of the Council of Europe, Diplomatic Counselor to the UNESCO. He has been a professor of European Law (Antonianum University - San Bernardino Institute, Venice), Italian History (University of Strasbourg), Interreligious Dialogue (University of Pisa).
Attorney at Law and Notary, he is the Government Co-Agent to the European Court of Human Rights (since 1995). He is a member of the Council of Bars and Law Societies, IACL, ILA, ICLARS, CIMS, CHER, ACIHL and GERI. He published 7 monographs and more than 40 articles in specialized journals (in English, french, Spanish and Italian).
